What is a knockdown rebuild?+
It means demolishing an existing home and building a new one on the same block. It lets you stay in a location you like while getting a home designed for how you live now.
Can you build on a vacant block?+

Do I need plans before I contact you?+

Will I get a fixed-price quote?+

What insurance and warranty apply to a new home in Victoria?+
For new eligible domestic building work in Victoria, Home Warranty replaced Domestic Building Insurance from 1 July 2026. It generally applies to eligible work valued at more than $20,000 for homes up to three storeys, while earlier DBI policies continue under their original cover. The scheme that applies depends on the contract and cover dates, so current requirements should be confirmed for each project.
