DIRECT BUILDER INVOLVEMENT
Who homeowners meet when planning an EBC project
Allen Saei is the Director and public-facing Registered Building Practitioner at Easy Building & Construction Pty Ltd. (EBC). His role covers residential renovation, extension and new-home work across Victoria.
Allen has more than 15 years of building experience across homes, extensions and renovations. For EBC projects, the initial discussion is focused on understanding the property, the proposed scope, the information already available and the practical next steps before detailed pricing or construction.
EBC is an active housing member of Master Builders Victoria. Homeowners should also independently verify current building-practitioner registration through the Building and Plumbing Commission before entering a domestic building contract.
